Well, here I am again, blogging about random stuff. Nothing special really happened today. The appliances for our new kitchen were delivered in the morning at around 10:30AM. I ate a slice of bread for breakfast, and udon with wonton for lunch. In the afternoon, I went to Henderson with Ray Low. At Henderson, I met up with Andrew Li, along with Hani Dbouk, Andy Lee, and Matthew (I don’t know his last name…). Anyways, we bought bubble tea. I got coffee milk tea with coconut jelly, and Ray got the green apple green tea with pearls. We also decided to play a card game called “Seven Levels.”
For those of you who don’t know what it is, it is basically a game where each player has a set of four cards. In our case, there were 6 people playing, so there were 24 cards, with 6 of the same kind (6*4). If you have 4 people playing, you would have 16 cards, with 4 of the same kind (4*4), and so on. Anyways, the objective of the game is to try and get all four of your cards the same. If someone gets four of the same cards, they immediately touch their nose. This causes everyone else to touch their nose. The person to touch their nose last gains a level. This repeats over and over until someone reaches the seventh level. Sounds easy if you’ve got speed, right? Well, it’s not. In this game, if someone who is a higher level than you talks to you, and you, a lower level person, responds, you immediately become that level. However, if you talk to someone your own level, and someone who has a higher level responds, nothing happens. Third person wording is allowed.
Anyways, getting back to the subject, we got to play 2 games. Sadly, Andy Lee lost both games. There were some epic highlights. To name one, Hani was level 4, and Andy was level 2. Here’s the details:
Hani stated, “Oh my goodness. Andy, you suck.”
Andy replies, “I’m better than you.”
Hani stated, “That’s what I thought.”
Andy replies, “OH SHIT!…”
And there you have it, Andy went from level 2…to level 4…LOL. I was laughing so hard with Andrew Li; it was way too funny…
Later on in the day, I had soccer practice. It was alright as well. Currently, I am waiting for Hidan no Aria to be subbed. I don’t know whether I should be excited or not, but whatever.
Anyways, I’m gonna sleep now. I’ll be back to blog again tomorrow. Hopefully, I’ll take some good pictures of Canada Day! YAY…NATIONALISM. =D
Have a good day,
~Lui
